Writing is a big part of my life.

Writing is a way my brain gets to process all of the "stuff."

For me writing is a form of expression, communication, inspiration, creativity, sharing, connection, feeling and healing.

My blog is simply my opinion based on my experience. It's not right or wrong and its certainly not perfect but its authentic and written from my heart.
